Asking for Self, Male, 28 years old, Saudia arab
Respected Doctors 6 year I just found my left nose bone is litle bit Increasing and now when I am laying on bed in the night there is too much ringing in ears mostly in silence and also respiratory problem from nose when i go to bed I am so much worried with this kindly help me out how to get rid of this.

The best way to get proper diagnosis and management is by visiting an ENT specialist. For the time being if you don't have the access to the facility then start using the same spray in some anti allergic. Do consult some ENT for detailed examination and management of your issue.

Yeah I will continue the nasal spary but the problem is Ear Ringing, I shall consultant with ENT specialist.

For nasal blockage it might be due to deviation of nasal septum or some other reason and for ringing in the ear need to see your ear to rule out any local pathology and then I can guide you further . It's hard to guide on email as there are hundreds of causes of tinitus and nasal obstruction as well
