Talk to Ent Specialist on Eustachian Tube Dysfunction

Assalam Alykum Drs. My left ear is ringing since 4 years,sometime it gets slow but when it gets to high level I feel very bad vertigo I fel down I searched alott and I think I am suffering Eustachian Tube Dysfunction I went to a physician and took x Ray of full skull so the physician said you have a bad sinius and he prescribe me Serc,Stugeron,and a nosal spray I used this for 6 month and felt good and left these medicines for a month but after a month I am feeling dizzling again,what should I do???
Pls guide me an ENT who can understand this problem
