Talk to Ent Specialist on Eye Sight Issue And Eyes Irritation Issue

Assalamualaikum , I need a suggestion regarding my eye sight . About a month ago, I had an eye sight check up from a doctor, I have myopia and muje -0.75 and -1 number k glasses lage Hain for both eyes. Meri eyes irritation krti Hain glasses k sath, and normally too and with sunlight and even lil bit air, soojen and irritation krti Hain eyes. I have used Ocudine and Wrzol drops with the consultation of doctor for one month but still irritation and soojen / kharish is the same. I need a consultation here please that how can this problem be solved and another question is that can this level of myopia be recovered from natural diet/care and glasses usage ,as I don't want to go for LASIK surgery.
