Talk to Ent Specialist on Facial Muscles Discomfort

I have been experiencing several issues. I feel eye strain and tiredness, especially after using screens, along with a feeling of heaviness around my eyes/head. I also experience jaw stiffness and an urge to bite or clench my teeth, as if my jaw muscles are tense. Additionally, I feel a blocked or “air stuck” sensation in my ear, with a feeling of pressure or fullness.
