Talk to Ent Specialist on Headache On Left, Pain In Left Ear, Hearing Voices When Its Quiet, Dizziness

i feel pain on the left side of my head but its not headache it feels different and i hear voices not ringing like a lot of birds chirping in very low tone when its quiet and sudden loss of hearing in that ear, sometimes with dizziness i used to think its ear problem but now i think its something brain related but im not sure what can it be or what should i do
