AOA, i am suffering from headache just on the top of eyebrows also pain behind eyea sometime on both eyes or one eye i visit last week to an opthalmic surgeon i have -1 eyesight and he told me that i have sinusitis he prescribed me Xynosine a nasal spray, eye drops and fexo-D an allergic tablet and visit a general physician too who told me for P.N.S xray and a blood sugar test on which random blood sugar is 85 and the x-ray shows i am suffering from sinusitis my main question is that i from last 2 days when i walk and i feel that i am going to fall i have also some sort of anxiety from last week now i am good from anxiety i had no headache from last week but there is pressure on the same side and the last i am also feel like that i have low energy low motivation kindly prescribe me a specialist. Sinus Xrays are waste of time and does not give accurate information about sinuses
You need to see good ENT surgeon
If after examination of your nose with endoscope , he suspect sinusitis then you would need to get CT Scan sinuses plain 3 mm cut coronal view

Need to take a history and examine you. Better also to get a CT scan of nasal sinuses and then visit me.

Dr. Anwaar ul haq sir the blood sugar is 85 after breakfast and the pns show sinusitis, but i have severe headache which first start from eye ball ache, ache on nasal bone and then the headache start to all over head in which i can't do anything is there any permanent solution for this

The cause of your headache is most probably Sinusitis. Better show to some ENT Specialist.
