i have ear tinnitus issue last 3 yrs, hearing loss, some time i feel dizziness attack and it will continue 3 to 4 hrs and vomiting, MRI, CT scan and other blood test are normal, moderate hearing loss is detected, a continuous beep ringing in the ear, please suggest any advice.
Go and get yourself evaluated by An ENT specialist and have your regular follow up hearing evaluations to know the status of hearing.

Need examination and investigation, so book an appointment through Marham
He may be helped by a surgery called Cochlear Implant. This is a bit expensive and should have been more helpful if done in early age preferably below the age of 5 years.
