Asking for Self, Male, 29 years old, karachi
During ramzan kch kam awaz ana shuru hui, us k bd dr ko dikhaya (local clinic) dawai bhe khain aur ahista ahista dono kan dead hogaye hn (2-3 months) After that go for ENT specialist Dr have 30+ exp and head of ENT department in one well known private hospital in karachi, He asked for MRI and Pur tune audiometer, now i have reports, he said MRi OK hai koi issue nh, further he advised to use hearing aid and continues deltacotil tab for some time. So what the reason of hearing loss? and what to do know, like use to hearing aid?
Hearing aid use karne ka issue ye h k, awaz ati h us se but thore kam per itne ati h k banda samjh sake aur rep kr sake, but issue ye h k mjh robotic se awaz feel hoti h, jo mjh decode karne m masla hota hai.
it's looks like you were having sudden onset sensorineural hearing loss, but if you had used oral steroids at the beginning then this process would have stopped, now there is no benefit of oral steroids. But you have two options. 1: a good digital hearing aid 2: if option 1 is not suitable to you then Cochlear implant surgery but it's very costly.
also in PTA they have not mentioned bone conduction graph so repeat PTA is advisable with both Air and bone conduction plus speech audiometry

I have 3 more question dr,
1) Is hearing can revert by using hearing aid?
2) Currently i am using CIC complete in canal hearing aid, the issue is i can hear by this device, but receiving some robotic voice not natural voice, so mjh awaz ate h, per samjhne (decode) karne m masla hota hai kai opponent keh kia raha h, first time mai 40-50% samjh ate h, aur 2nd , 3rd time m bt samjh ate h, means decode ho pati hai.
3) if i go for spech audiomentry, than yahi issue hoga kai awaz to arahi hai but robotic type hai to decode karne m masla horaha h, what do you suggest.

This hearing loss is irreversible. If you r using hearing device for few days or a week then this is problem with all. U will be used to it.

Just a last question,
What is the reason behind this hearing loss?
I didn't get any injury , hearing pain or watering discharge from ear, even this never happens from my parents?
and is this hearing loss has some disease name?

It's name is sudden sensorineural hearing loss, it's idiopathic
