Talk to Ent Specialist on Hoarseness Of Voice

I have hoarseness of voice issue more than an year, already consult with ENT (agha K ). They identified its a vocal cord problem. It can be fixed with voice rest and therapy.i took multiple therapy sessions in last 4 months during session my voice get cleared but now again my voice has changed and i’m difficulty in speaking also. I need a permenant solution as I working women and complete voice rest would not be an option.
