Talk to Ent Specialist on I Don’t Understand Which Doctor I Should See. Please Tell Me.

I have had very loud noise in one of my ears for the past three years. I also feel dizzy and have severe headaches. I have tried a lot of medications, but unfortunately, nothing has made a difference.
Some people tell me to see an ENT specialist, but the ENT doctor tells me to see a neurologist. The neurologist then tells me to see a neurosurgeon. I am really confused and don’t know what to do or which doctor I should see.
I have uploaded my MRI. If anyone can review it and advise me which specialist I should consult, I would be very grateful. Thank you very much for your help.
