So after vaping for around 6 months i am feeling nose blockade for over a month now and there are black spots on the sides of my nose. I feel shortness of breath sometimes but no chest pain my lung health's definitely effected also i feel like I'm tired than ever now a days feeling sleepy most of the time nose blockade is over a month now. Is this something serious?
