I make horrible sounds with my throat due to itching during sleep . I have a tendency to scratch the upper part of my throat while I'm awake. but it's very embarrassing to make these sounds in sleep and not knowing that I'm doing it. People who have slept in the same room describe it as something they've never heard before. I don't know how to fix this problem.

No the sounds aren't snoring sounds. It's the sound that I make to scratch my throat using the upper part of my tongue. I'm 24 (5'6 height, weight 63kgs)
