Talk to Ent Specialist on Little Thing Appears In Throat.

Assalamu alaikum. My sister has this problem, sometimes this particle comes into the back of her mouth, and when she tries to detach it, it gets detached from her throat but with difficulties. And when the particle gets removed it leaves behind a space/hole. And the particle comes again and again, after removing. kindly guide if it's a normal thing or an indication of something? I'm really worried. May Allah give you ajar for that.
