Talk to Ent Specialist on Lymph Nodes Swelling

I have swelling above collarbone supracavicular lymph nodes both left right for almost year now. Few months back i had worse kind of HS disease under my left arm with multiple tunnels and pus blood draining with extreme pain For almost a year now, it goes than comes back with pain And ulceration and tunnels. But i used antibiotic long time it has improved alot now just one tunnel which does not bleed or drain pus now. I noticed that same side supracavicular lymph nodes swelling had gone a little lower also. Its very soft about pea size near neck and movable. I am also obese 98 kgs 5.5 height with insulin resistance diabetes. Also pcos. I am worried about the lymph nodes swelling although left side is getting lower now and it feels very soft.
