Aoa. My friend is diagnosed with tuberculous lymphadenitis. She is taking Myrin P forte 3 tablets but 1 month hogaya medicines lete way below cheek bone kuch lymph nodes aur nikal ae hain during medicine course. Doctor ko kya dikhana chahiye yeh phir normal baat hai lymph nodes ka nikal ana is condition mai aur meds lete way b? Secondly lymph nodes tuberculosis is caused by? Or is it sexually transmitted? Abhi meds ka course chal raha hai 1 month and few weeks but there is pain in the lymph nodes side aur thori bht swelling b hai aur puri body mai bht pain hai especially in the joints of hands, legs & shoulder. No fever ( mutliple lymph nodes in the right side of neck like in a chain)
How did dr diagnosed it ? What investgations he wrote . Did he took biopsy ? Did he ask for other relevent test for TB lymphadenitis .

Actually she was suffering from fever ( high fever) since two months aur sare tests clear ay thay typhoid dengue etc all were negative. Doctors ko b smjh nahi araha. After changing doctor unhone jab checkup kia so, during checkup unko neck k pass lymph nodes feel hoy on the basis of symptoms unko feel hua k Lymph nodes TB hai. After ultrasound of neck os mai aya there are multiple enlarged lymph nodes and blood report cbc sahi aya tha. Fnac bola tha Doctor ne lakin Fnac kia toh os mai sample nahi aya tha he said apk lymph nodes hard hogae hain due to Myrin p forte q k meds start krne k bad fnac karwaya tha. Dr ne kaha k biopsy abhi mt krwaen ap course complete krlen. Myrin p forte med ki wajah se fever toh khtm hogaya hai but maine bataya k kuch lymph nodes aur nikal ae hain below cheek bone and there is so much pain in the joints especially in hands, legs and shoulder jab m meds ka course chal raha hai 1 month and few months hogaye hain. Is there is anything to worry?
Dear, what i understand is that there is no FNAc or.biopsy report to confirm the diagnosis of TB. Ideally first a diagnosis sjould be established. I would recommend you to visit an infectious disease specialist at a reputable hospital and get a diagnosis done. U might need an excisional/incisional biopsy.

She will visit after Eid In shaa Allah. Please just clear one confusion if diagnosis is still not confirmed yet then why there is improvement in the result of fever due to Myrin P Forte? It might be possible k koe aur disease ho? Kyun k Myrin P forte med se fever mai aya hai. Please response
