Talk to Ent Specialist on Minor Pain Under The Muscles Of My Tongue, Or In The Chin

Five days ago, I had a little bit pain in the muscles beneath my tongue. I thought it was due to singing on very high notes a night before. Then, I had consulted an ENT specialist on Marham via online consultation. He suggested that it’s due to stress. But I don’t had any such event lately. He prescribed me two tablets (caflam, movax), both twice a day. The pain goes away if I take these tablets but it’s been five days I am still dependent on these tablets. I don’t have any symptoms like difficultly in swallowing, talking. It just feels tensed muscles sometimes. What may be the cause and who should I consult with.
