Talk to Ent Specialist on Nasal Allergy With Recently Healed Tramatic Left Eardrum

Asslamualaikum Dr. My left eardrum have just healed tramatic perforation after 8 months. But right after healing i got sore throat ,which probably turned to early infection in left ear due to which i was pain in ear but thankfully timely antibiotics mofest cured it. But then i got bad throat again and then i got sines allergy which i usually get mostly in july, august seasom. My nasal allergy symptom are nasal congestion taking turns like one nostril gets congested the other nostril stay open and vice varsa. And PND. This nasal allergy is causing problems in my recently healed left eardrum ear. My ET is partially blocked and not draining the fluid. ENT have also that i have DNS and my left cheek sometimes do pain mildly. My only concern is that my recently healed eardrum stay safe. What should i do to get rid of this allergy. I have already taken montika, Kestine, Mometage spray for 10days. Mucunyl continue. But no cure, pls help. Any suggestion or in person checkup i should do with you ? Thank you!!
