yes, for topical intranasal steroids it's safe to use for longer periods of time because they have minimal systemic absorption with very less chances of side effects.

Thanks for sharing ur concern. Yes it’s safe but the reason of allergic rhinitis should be treated if there is one. The nasal spray sometimes it can lead to bleeding from nose, If that happens then stop it for some time.
