Need further to elaborate your symptoms in more detail. Especially about blockage continuous vs intermittent; nasal discharge yes or no; nasal allergic symptoms etc. Other illnesses if any. Prev meds used?

i used fexet, erdozet and moxiget tablet prescribed by doctor he said that i have sinus infection. i took medicine felt better for aome days now again i am having symptoms no nasal discharge

Don't need you x-ray PNS as there's no justification for it's use.
Anyways for now use:
Mometasone nasal spray 2puffs twice per day for 45 days
Tab Paracetamol 1gm every 8 hrly if pain or headache is there OR use as on need basis
Tab Monteleukast 10mg one tab in evening for 7 days.
If you can reconsult your Dr again or do a CT SINUS PLAIN. CT scan is the only definitive way to check for sino-nasal issues. I wouldn't advise antihistamine tabs as they lead to further dryness of nose.

Woa. Please get Plain CT scan PNS done and post the pictures here. Also for the time being take xynosine nasal spray 2 puffs x BD for 01 week along with Tab Kestine 10 mg 1x OD.
