hello Dr mera nose 20 din sy blocked h kbi thk ho jata h kbi band ho jata h ear mein b bht light pain h 2 din sy mein xynosine use krti hu din mein 2 br to nose thk ho jata h mein pregnant hu 10 week mein ny apni gyni ki dr ko kaha to unho ny kaha k ent doctor ko dekho please mujh btain k kya kru k nose blocked na ho aur kya pregnancy mein xynosine use krna safe k aur kb tk use kr skty h mein 7 din sy use kr rai hu aur covid ki wja sy mein br br doctor k pass b nai ja skti please koi medicine bta dain
Dont use xynosine for more than 7 days. Use hivate nasal spray once daily for one month.
Don't use xynosine spray for more than 7 days otherwise it will cause rhinitis medicamentosa..... U can use alternative nasal spray like nesomet or hivate... For any querries u can consult me online.

Bcz of First trimester of pregnancy mostly oral medication is not advisable only nasal sprays and warm steam inhalation is recommended ,
