Use tab deltacotril 5mg(3+3)10 din if you are not diabetic. Also use Avamys nasal spray(2 puff subu sham dono naak mai 1 month) tab Softin 10mg(1 raat ko 10 din). Cap risek 40mg(1 empty stomach in morning for 10 days). Tab Claritek 500mg(1+1)5 din. Baaki re Endoscopic sinus surgery karunga Apko inshallah
