About 10 yr ago I got tonsils operations doctor was a removed adinoids from nose from 7 yrs I am feeling hell prob much sneezing..I have done anti allegy course . it doesn't get I sleep at night and woke up with congested nose and blocked I clean it then it becomes runny and flu help What to do?is it bcz of adinoids removal
It is due to allergy and not due to adenoid removal. U have to identify your allergen like dust perfumes cold smoke etc and avoid them. Allergy cannot be cured. Its in blood but can b controlled with medicines. Its lifelong disease. Visit ent specialist and get annual checkup.
