Talk to Ent Specialist on Nose Problem

Actually the problem is that i have breathing issue while i sleep and it feels difficult to breathe from left side of my nose. Secondly the issue is that sometimes my nose gets bigger in size and it feels like it has swollen and sometimes is returns back to normal size i don't understand why it happens. I feel that the nose bone sometimes tilt towards left and again towards the right when i touch the bone i can notice a bump on the left side. Please i need assistance regarding this issue.
