Hi,Doctors! I have been suffering with the congestion of nose for 4 nose was very sensitive to external little the cold external,the high my nose ,in 2022,a doctor told me of Saptoplasty and I did this and they removed the bone pieces from my that,I didn't even get a single congestion of my nose is still ,my nose produce more and morr semi solid mucus which leads to congestion of my ,I set in AC,I got my nose when I inhale a stabbing pain I feel from the tip of nose to sides of forehead.I also a victim of migraine.I had migraine to congestion,when I try to breath forcefully, I feel pain in my should I do now?Literally,I get puzzled when I am in give me the reason of this and also what should I do?

woa. as per your symptoms, it seems like vasomotor rhinitis. do hivate nasal spray 2 puffs Bd in nose for month along with tab kestine. 1 tab daily. and see if it is of any benefit.
