Talk to Ent Specialist on Pain Beside Right Ear Bck Of Head

i have this pain a month and a half ago back side of my head right beside my right i remember i just somehow pressed there and it all started . So i consulted a doctor and he suggested me Tab caflam 50 mg and Tab ternelin 2 mg both for 10 days and the pain dissapeared. Now from the past few days i feel this blood flow sensation right beside my right ear but front side and and then this same pain back side beside my right ear it just comes and goes.

Please suggest me what should i do of i should do the Mri ?.
