Assalamualaikum, two days ago my ear drum was ruptured due to infection i visited ENT and took now the issue is mujhe is ear sy bilkul sunai nahi dy raha.. bohat loud noises sunai dy rahi hain bus.. kal tak mujhe awaz arhi the is ear sy koi issue nahi tha but suddenly awaz nahi arhi ab and clogged ear jaisa feel ho raha guide me k ye sahi ho jay ga?? i am really worried
