Dr I have allergic rhinitis from childhood consult with a lot of ent specialists they recommend me zatofen Zyrtec free hale nasal spray antihistamine or corticosteroids but condition going bad day by day I am taking these medicine from 7 years but now the situation is whatever I eat start sneezing runny nose tablet decrease symptoms a little bit it effect my sleep a lot I have to take medicine on regular bases I cannot be able to do my work it effect my normal life activities if your speciality treat this disease I will come for a checkup

Go for immunotherapy. And yes u will be dependent on these medications depending on the severity. In allegy best remdey is prevention. This days combinations of topical steroids and antihistamines are prefgerd with immunity boosters, some excercise and keep irself hydrate. Steam inhalation. Use rhinoclenil nasal spray two puffs in each nostril twice. Olonase nasal spray two puffs twice a day. Tab singulair 10mg one at night and cac 1000 for three months

Please keep in mind these medications rake a little while to act so do not continue. And we can add oral steroids and antihistamines - non sedetives for ur comfort but he okd ones will work good in such cases - if thses days u have severe symptoms
