A.o.a im 3 months pregnant aur mje buht zada sneezing hoti hai specially subah aur raat me its pollen allergy i guess aur ye mje shadi se pehle b hti thi .. is it safe to take softin tablet in first trimester because sometimes it gets worse .. plus 2 month se mje sir me right side p buht drd rehta hai aur hta b subha aur sham me hai din me behtr hta hai ab kam ho gya hai lekin still trigger kr jata hai .. any solution for this
