Talk to Ent Specialist on Post Nasal Drip (ENT)

Aoa Dr, I have an issue of Post Nasal Drip since 2-3 months. I was using Fexet and saline drops but left using Fexet(as not effective) a month ago. I was just using saline drops, 10 days ago started Kestine 10mg (Ebastine) which lowers my Drip but since two days i'm feeling solid Mucus in my upper throat (Oro and Nasopharynx) and Irritation ( irritation like sore throat). Can you help? As I'm not feeling comfortable to go for examination. Note : Drip increases with Consuming Cold Drinks and travelling ( In Hot Weather). Kindly tag Doctor from ENT
