Talk to Ent Specialist on Pulsating Sound And Blockage In Right Ear

I would like to seek your advice regarding an issue I’ve been experiencing with my right ear. For the past few months, I’ve been hearing a pulse-like sound in that ear, and at times it feels blocked, as if my hearing is muffled or reduced on that side.

I tried using ear drops thinking it might be a wax buildup, but unfortunately, there has been no improvement. I would appreciate your guidance on what might be causing these symptoms and what the next steps should be.
