I have little spots of puss in throat near to sills. Have pain while swallowing. Which antibiotic is best.

Usually a penecillin or a cephalosporin is given in tonsillitis if there is no allergy to the drug. However your physician may alter the medication in background of your history and examination
The pus you see may be just food debris which collects in tonsil crypts and cause discomfort and foul smell called halitosis
If there is no fever then please don’t take any antibiotics
Just take some antiseptic gargles.
Usually people and even some doctors think these food debris as pus and unnecessary prescribe antibiotics
It’s better to see a competent ENT specialist
