Talk to Ent Specialist on Right Ear

AOA. I'm having a noise consistently for at least a year. it's a heartbeat sound and it's none stop. I was originally told by own doctor that it was an ear infection took antibiotics and its still there. I'm on the waiting list for ENT appointment but take years here. I'm not sleeping either because it's constantly there. plz guide me
