Talk to Ent Specialist on Right Ear , Right Nose Blocked Full Pressure Pain

My ears feel blocked since last 10months months I went to 4,5 different e.n.t specialists in Lahore, they said you have right side dns, surgery isn't necessary at the moment.

They said Ears are ok not blocked however I feel like pressure pain, heaviness, fullness in my right side ear full blocked all the time, pops up open and close again, knocking sound appears. the whole pressure remains at the ride side but sometimes shift to left side for few minutes. it hurts as well with severe continuous headache.

right nose lenostril is also blocked all the time with right ear, i hear like buzzing and whistling sounds too, e.n.t doctor said this is all because of anxiety depression, but when i feel ok even not anxious these sounds,pain blockage in the ear bother me at that time too what is it?
