Ringing in both ears , one ear is louder , and can hear whooshing ( blood flow ) noise in one ear , gets better at certain head and neck position and also when lying down on one side , can hear the heart beat after climbing stairs , settles after few seconds of sitting down , if close opposite ear the noise disappears.

Get yourself examined from ENT clinic. Some basic investigations might be required in your case. This would be followed by counselling
You need to check your blood pressure. This can also be due to ear blockage because of eustacian tube dysfunction and ear pressure. More detailed history is needed. Book consultation or preferably visit in clinic for detail check up. Thank you
