my son is 4 year old . he has sever cough problem through out winter season after short intervals of time. plz give us some direction of treatment or any caus and also tell any tests that require to do before visit a doctor. thanks
It will be a good idea to see your child specialist as your child may be suffering from seasonal chest allergy, in other words a possible mild form of asthma.
your ENT surgeon needs to evaluate the child as well.

1. X-ray lateral view soft tissues neck for enlarged adenoids.
2. if the child has ear pains or hearing loss then get hearing and pressure tests from an audiologist.
No more tests apart from these at the moment.

any specific libaratry fr this x-ray. if report will be collected on same day then we try to report this x-ray from doctor hospital and same day also check by u???

If cough is the sole problem then you need to go to pediatrician. But if there is throat and nose problems then you may need to attend ENT Consultant. These days viral infection is very common. Nebulization helps alot in such type of cough.
