mera beta 4 sal ka hai usy month ma 3 4 bar severe throat allergy ho jati hai, spelist ko check krwaya us ny vaccination b ki (influvac inj) b lagaya last week but still resha and cough ho gai throat swelling b ho gai. kuch month pehly cbc krwaya tha to ESR 84 and TLC 600000 aaye thi us ka b treatment krwaya zenafec inj 700mg hyzonate inj 50 mg 4 din but problem solve ni ho ri kuch samj ni aa ra kia kro kindly help

Please see your ENT doctor who will assess the child.
It seems to be recurrent or repeated throat infections.It is not allergy most likely tonsils or adenoids.You must consult ENT surgeon for any possible intervention.Repeated infections can impair growth of child.
Seems to be some infective process. Plz get some consultation to see if there are tonsills and adenoids present if they are then might need to manage those as well. If not then allergic management may be continued. Thank you

thanks for all of you for reply, i visited to child specialist yesterday he told its allergy an he give to following medicine for 3 days. and call back after 3 days. acefyl syp, zatofen syp steron syp, britanyl syp, and NS +ventolin for nablizing purpose.
TLC figure of 6 million is confusing. Pl tell us about correct value of TLC. Otherwise it looks to a case of Allergic Rhinitis / Pharrngitis. More detailed history n examination is needed, so get appointment. perfect management is possible.Instead of antibiotics ur child needs anti-allergics n much more instruction about avoiding allergens which cause allergy. So hurry up in getting advice from an expert who knows the disease, otherwise the allergy may also affect lungs with passage of time
