last 3 dayz say pain hai jese koi dana ho tou nh hai but halaq main aur kan main girta discharge sirf cotton bd pay wet feel hota ko touch krny pay bhht shaded pain hota aksr ears block ho jaty hain .sometime left or kbi Right...

You may have otitis external or media. Difficult to comment without examination.
Till you get yourself checked start on augmentin 625 mg thrice daily and Dexatob ear drops 6 thrice daily. May be a pain killer as and when needed

Take one tablet 3 times duricef .500 mg twice day for 6 days

Salam !
Without examination exact diagnosis is difficult,but I assume from history you are having otitis media secondary to eustacian tube blockage.I suggest take pain killers like synflex 550 1+0+1 ,xynosine nasal spray each side twice daily ,do walsava and please no cotton bud,and water precautions to ear,, can also add otosporin ear drops thrice daily in case it is otitis extra.I dont recommend any antibiotic unless you !
