Salam . main 2,3 years say ek issue face kar raha hon . main nay note kiya ha jab kabhi main ziada sota hon ya mujhay ziada nazla hota ha to aksar aysa lagta ha k jaysay mayra demagh sun ho gaya ha ya sir bhaari bhaari lagta ha . aysa feel hota ha k main khuwaab main ho . ya problem taqreeban 7,8 days baad khud hi sahi ho jaati ha . i dont know ya kis waja say ha . main nay ek ent ko contact kiya tha unho nay kuch medicines suggest ki wo main nay li to bhi 7,8 days baad sahi ho jaata ha aur ager wo na lo to bhi khud hi 7,8 baad sahi ho jaata ha . kindly mujhay suggest/ guide kar dain k ya kion hota ha aur mujhay kis dr ko contact karna chahiya (dept ?) . thanks

I need proper endoscopic examination of your nose
