Talk to Ent Specialist on Sore Throat, Chills, Runny Nose

i have been facing this issue of sore throat, feeling of cold when sitting in air conditioner and runny nose. its been 3 days i have been taking coldrex syrup 3 times a day. but the throat has got worse. can you please suggest any good medicine for me? i feel ok for 4 5 hours after taking a dose of syrup but by the time of next dose i come back to the same position of feeling sick.
