Talk to Ent Specialist on Sore Throat + Pain

i am having sore throat problem with pain since 3 weeks only on the left side of throat. Done a 5 day course of Azithromycine too but it is still present. I also felt some minor difficulty in swallowing. No fever, No cough. Please guide.
