Assalamualaikum, i have attached the pictures of my mouth .. i am having body pain from few days and was taking panadol but dard nahi ja raha tha so i took brufen and it was the body pain is less but still have a sore throat and now my gums are also hurting and suggest what is this a throat infection or some tooth problem? and should i continue taking brufen.. Thanks in advance.
