there might be 2 reasons.
1 if there is wax blocking your ear.
2 if there is an infection of your inner ear.
get checked to see whats the problem.
if you had an infection of throat in recent time blocked ear is most probably because of that.

though throat infection is one of the reasons but in children wax is also a major problem. sometimes kids put toothpick or other things in ear leading to a blocked ear.
status of the ear will be checked only if u visit a doctor.
if she doesnt have a fever and if she is not irritated or you are not seeing any change in behaviour of the kid then its most probably wax. but then again the kid need to get his/her ear checked through otoscope
