Talk to Ent Specialist on Swelling, Ringing & Severe Pain In Left Ear

I tried to clean my ears with cotton bud few days ago. Even though, I slided cotton bud very very gently in the ear but wax got more near to ear drum I guess. Now, experiencing severe pain & swelling in the ear. I've already tried Soda Glycerin, Cepocain. Also, potassium Diclofenac but is just reducing pain to some extent for some time. I've continious ringing sound in effected ear as well. Someone, please help me. :(
