Talk to Ent Specialist on Throat & Ear Tightness

Hi Doctors,

For last 2 months i am feeling tightness in my throat. No reddish in mouth, no problem breathing, no problem in drinking or swalloing. Sometimes it gets normal and then starts again. Its feels like the space is getting small inside ( Ghutan si feeling ) but by pressing it with fingers no pain. Didnt go hospital due to pandemic. Now 20 days back started feeling the tightness in right ear as well. Tried Soda Glycerin and Otosporin drops but no good even ear is clean from any wax. Both throat and ear tightness goes and then came back after a day or 2. On last tuesday 7th july after getting soaked in rain i caught just flu for 1 day and from 7th july my smell sense is not working.... no smell at all and Taste sense is fine.

Please suggest. TIA
