This white bump is forming on the right side of my throat (most likely an infection but not sure ) . I can’t swallow and eat anything . Could any doctor suggest me a remedy to relieve it. ? I live in a remote area and can’t reach out to DOCTOR, I’m in a TERRIBLE condition.
