My wife had thyroid gland operation in 2012 after that she didn't take throxin medicine. but after 6 years she is saying she is feeling same problems on neck. can we continue throxin tablets now.

We need to get details of the surgical procedure and post-operative
clinical status. Better to consult ENT surgeon for proper examination and
further management.

We don't have any surgical procedure details. We operate this from MEO hospital after the operation they kept all the documents for their own records, and at that time they have given instructions to us that after 6 months do a T1/T2 test again if it's fine then no need for thyroxin tablets. But after 6 years my wife feeling some disturbance in glands area again. So my wife was thinking to start the thyroxin tables.

Plus I am in Dubai right now, I can't come before Eid UL Azha, So there is any chance for any doctor who can visit my house for a checkup.
