AoA i am suffering from ear ringing tinitus ear crackling when swallow clicking in ears when eating food hearing is ok no pain or any other problem i had used nasal spray xenosin and wax aid it help me little bit when i blow nose and then stop whistling sounds in nose i had checkup with ent specialist their prescription is attached please advise me in that situation these medicines are ok i am also taking sertraline in morning and sertraline in evening is it safe to take with them Thankyou JazaKAllah
