Tinnitus do happen with Bell's palsy . Although there are some medicines accompanied with specialized tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) which works most of the times in some individuals but for other it might not be helpful so you have to cope with the symptoms in various ways. As u are using the medicines try TRT with it as it may help .
