Aslamualekum, For around 3 months I am experiencing tinnitus in my right ear only. It happens frequently but for a short interval like 5-10 seconds and vanishes. It feels like a blood flow or blood rush. Mostly, it happens after eating and during the walk (usually after eating). Is it serious? Is it due to acidity or blood flow?
