TINNITUS + LOW HEARING

Question

I have tinnitus in my left hear and feeling low hearing too from last 5 months I consult many doctors but still issue is continuing. I am the only supporter of my family. kindly give me some serious suggestion. taking following medicine from last three months
1-ginbex + methycobol 15 days
2-cerebex 20 days
3-serc16mg + ceregin + tanakan from last 2 weeks
